As-Salamu 'Alaikum dear beloved Jemaah,
The current Hijri year marks the 1500th birth year of our beloved Prophet ﷺ .
Join us at Masjid Abdul Gafoor this Rabi' al-Awwal - from Sun 24 Aug 2025 to Thu 4 Sep 2025 - where we'll express gratitude to Allah Most High for the blessed birth of our beloved Prophet ﷺ.
On Sat 6 Sep 2025, we will seal with a Grand Majlis. Programme for the final majlis will be shared later, insha' Allah.
12 Nights of Light & Knowledge
In addition to the recitation of Subhana Mawlid, our resident Imams - Ustaz Azeezullah and Ustaz Shamsudeen - will be reading from and delivering bayan every night based on Imam 'Izz ibn 'Abd al-Salam's
Bidayat al-Sul fi Tafdil ar-Rasul ﷺ
It is a beautiful and concise work that highlights 40 distinctive virtues and characteristics of our beloved Prophet ﷺ.
Tabarruk will be distributed every night after the Mawlid majlis.
We look forward to seeing and serving you.
